Everyone was so nice the front office and Dr Alena and Jackie is always pleasant. I am going to be 80 years old next year and this is the first time I’ve ever sat in a dentist chair to have my teeth cleaned And it’s the first time I have not had my mouth full of shot to numb them because I am so sensitive. Tatiana did not give me any shots. She cleaned my teeth without shots and I was without pain the whole time. I consider this a miracle I highly recommend tatiana to have your teeth cleaned if you don’t wanna have your Gums numbed she is so sweet and patient.This is the first time I’ve ever enjoyed coming to the dentist How would you?

From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Jackie welcomed me and then I met Dr. Alena, who did a complete, thorough examination. Afterwards, Jackie walked me through my entire treatment plan and helped me find the best way to pay for everything, which made the whole process stress-free.On the day of my surgery, Dr. Alena and her assistant Tetiana were incredibly professional at every step. The clinic is spotless, and the staff’s attitude, service, and expertise are outstanding. You feel supported the whole way through.Honestly, this is one of the best clinics I’ve ever been to. It was a great experience. Dr Alena Kavashenka was wonderful and extremely talented. I hardly felt like I was having a tooth implant. Also, the office staff is always warm and welcoming- especially working with Jackie was wonderful.

I must say I haven’t yet met the dentist because I’ve had to cancel and reschedule no less than Two times. Without even realizing while I was going to my chiropractor I noticed Paddock Dental Harmony. I took a chance and I walked And nobody was familiar with me and vice versa turned out I was scheduling at a different location. I feel so blessed and grateful that I walked in on the day that I did. I scheduled an appointment for myself and for my daughter. I believe I have an appointment with Dr. Pan. After reading some of the reviews. I may may request Dr. Van Ness but I don’t have an opinion because from what I’ve read all of the dentists are fantastic. I can share that my experience just meeting with the staff. Donna is wonderful. Lynn, Jackie and Heather all wonderful. Honestly, when you first walk into a professional office, whether it’s Medical, Dental Or any other small business or practice. The most important and essential aspect is how you’re greeted. Everybody was professional, sweet, kind, empathetic, a joy to speak with and very knowledgeable. I believe my experience with whichever dentist I end up getting work done with along with the hygienist will be one of the Best experiences I’ve had to date. Couldn’t give them any less than 100 stars but unfortunately on this platform five stars is the max.
