After struggling with my teeth for years I finally found a dentist office happy to work with me! Progress started on day 1, the Dentist & staff were polite, happy, professional and Honest !!! Im very comfortable & Thankful to know that whatever care & treatment my dental health requires is planned and spoken of clearly up front so that I am never blindsided by additional hidden fees at the end! And just having that piece of mind makes the experience that much greater!!! Plus the great staff and environment adds the sweet cherry on top that leaves me grateful that I found them!

Our visit today with Dr. Van Ness was as pleasant as always. He and his staff made us feel like family and at ease as usual. We have been Dr. Vainness’s patients over the past 20 years and I cannot imagine we could ever find a dentist we trusted more. Samantha, a new tech there is so very pleasant and interactive that we felt like we were visiting with a long time friend. I hope to see her there for years to come. She is the kind of outgoing personality that makes you feel at ease and I would hire her in a minute for any business dealing with people.

(Sonia Pearson) I called in about a month ago for some severe tooth pain I was having. The receptionist was so lovely and got me in without an appointment. They were able to examine and help soothe the pain while waiting on my actual appointment to remove the wisdom tooth that was causing the pain. I was terrified about the extraction day but it came and the dental assistant and the doctor were very helpful during the procedure. I was definitely not the most calm patient during the surgery. They were patient and helpful and now my mouth is healing. They even call to check in on how I was doing afterwards. 10/10 care.

I am a big old baby when it comes to my teeth so needless to say I was a dithering nervous wreck to have this deep cleaning with root planing. They did numb me up for it after I asked for it. All in all it was a pleasant experience for being at the dentist😁. I’m glad that we switched our dental care to y’all!

I cannot speak kindly enough about this practice! I came in to make a future appt after I’d just had a very stressful, unkind interaction for a first time visit at another practice after waiting a while for my scheduled appt in which they then wanted to reschedule me after I had even driven in early to accommodate them for this day. I’m awful with names, but at Paddock Dental Harmony, I was met with compassion from my 1st interaction! After sharing a little of what happened, I was told I would be seen that day at 3:30, my original appt time of the other place-no lie! They fit me in their busy schedule and everyone there, from the x-ray assistant, to hygienist, dental assistant, dentist and front desk staff, treated me kindly and with respect! They all seem to love their job and do well at it! I am scheduled for a cleaning just 2 days after the thorough exam I received! I have found my new dental home and I couldn’t be happier:) Thank you, Paddock Dental Harmony!

Through the years, we have had and continue to have many positive experiences with the staff at Paddock Park Dental. For the purpose of this review, I will take the opportunity to share some details about the MOST RECENT visit. The waiting room appeared clean and orderly, having a large television tuned to a game show station. I checked in with Gina at the front desk, who was helpful and gave me a tablet to take back to my seat in order to update forms. Then, Haylee called me in for a scheduled dental exam. She used a hand-held x-ray machine, which was quick and easy. Haylee and I also had a pleasant conversation about some things our families have in common. After that, Dr. Van Ness greeted me and completed the next part of the exam. We have known Dr. Van Ness for quite some time. He is gentle, kind, and interested in our well-being. Monica (dental hygienist) completed the remainder of the visit. Monica also has a kind and pleasant attitude; she is gentle yet thorough. The whole visit was completed in a timely fashion. Also, I want to acknowledge those whom we’ve interacted with in prior visits, such as Donna and Heidi, who have been very helpful, long-time staff members. It is so nice to see familiar faces like these when coming in for a visit! Overall, we are grateful for our experience with Paddock Park Dental.

I have been a patient of Dr VanNess for probably 15 years. His staff is very pleasant. Of course, Dr VanNess always makes the dental experience pleasant. There is never sticker shock when you have work done because the office manager explains everything in detail. Highly recommend.

Wonderful dentists and staff. I have been a patient here for years. Dr. Van Ness and Dr Yuen are the dentists I see. I ❤️ Monica the hygienist and Heidi and Sam are wonderful technicians. Outstanding group of people.

Dr. VanNess and his hygienist Karen are absolutely the best!! I have sensitivity and get soo nervous coming to any dentist appt but they REALLY helped me through it. Karen took her time and was caring and confident in her work. My teeth look amazing!! Don’t hesitate going to this office!! The girls up front also are so nice and helpful, very accommodating!!

My husband and I have used this dental office for probably more than 20 years since before it became Harmony Dental. We are thankful they accept our insurance and have Never had a bad experience. I have had a few crowns and no issues. I brought my 95 year old Mother there as well. I recommend them.

This a wonderful and speedy caring office. I called in and spoke to heather who told me to come in immediately that someone Would help me where i meet samantha. Thank God the pain was unbearable. After taking xrays i found out that i had an infection. My local dentist is located in miami but they took me when i complained about the pain. What a relief! Im a live!

Excellent care by Dr. Van Ness and his staff! Dr. Van Ness treats patients like family. He listens to any concerns and addresses problems quickly and effectively. He has a sense of humor that puts patients at ease.

Awesome Dentist and staff. Facility is kept very clean and the staff really took the time to address all my concerns. Pretty reasonable prices and the different financing options make achieving my treatment more accessible.

I was met at the front desk with a smile, informative and encouraging words. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable, as was the four other ladies that walked me through my experience. Thank you from one who would rather eat a worm than go to the dentist.

As much as most of us dislike going to the dentist, it is always a pleasant experience here. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel most comfortable. A+++

As soon as I walked in the door the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, they were all very polite and professional. Haylee was my dental assistant and she was very friendly, helpful and professional and I returned the next day after my extraction and Donna the office manager asked me how I was feeling and reminded me that I needed to take it easy for the next couple days. I like the people there and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you all for your professionalism, kindness and making me more comfortable

The clinic has a wonderful attitude toward patients — from the very beginning you feel like you’re in caring hands. The entire atmosphere is warm, friendly, and full of positivity.
