I’ve been to many dentists over my 60 years as my family moved around in the military, but truly this is the best care I have ever received. Dr Alena is such a professional- in a short amount of time I have new front teeth, which I never really imagined possible. The team is so skilled, friendly and caring- Jess, Jackie, Zamira, Tatiana- I wholeheartedly recommend this first-class dental care to anyone. Every one of you made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable.I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years (that’s on me 😅), so I expected the worst. Instead, Jackie immediately put me at ease. She helped me figure out my insurance and payment options so I could finally get the work I needed without making me feel judged. She has that classic New York personality…direct, funny, and genuinely wants to help people.Roxana was just as welcoming, and from the moment I walked in I felt like everyone actually cared about their patients.Dr. Alena and her assistants, Irina and Jessi, were amazing. They explained everything, made sure I was comfortable, and never made me feel rushed. I had a root canal and some major dental work, and somehow I actually dozed off while Dr. Alena was working. Think about that…I fell asleep during a root canal. That says everything about how gentle and skilled she is.Tatiana did my cleaning, and she was fantastic. My favorite part was whenever my jaw started getting tired she’d smile and say, “Open, open, open!” It cracked me up every time and somehow made sitting in a dental chair feel a little more human.The entire office is friendly, professional, and genuinely kind.
